Your responsibilities:
- Create best supply and develop the suppliers in the region in collaboration with Supply Quality department and stakeholders
- Drive stakeholders in the region for supplier improvement and development as per required demand
- Align the team strategy and targets
- Build the team, competent and sustainable in relevant areas
- Create area-specific KPIs and opportunities to develop the team members
- Execute values within the team
- Set strategic plan for new suppliers and develevopment as per internal customers’ demand
- Provide the best fit source considered cost, quality and delivery within safe and sustainable environment
- Ensure all requirements recieved and discussed before PO released
- Ensure all requirements complied before dispacth delivery
- Estimate free capacity and manage as per demand
- Prepare and lead negotiations both project based opportunites and regular business review
- Manage project planning and follow and expedite progress
- Manage SRM process at key suppliers and monitor regularly
- Develop suppliers’ delivery performance and execute global OTA target
- Ensure safety and sustainability standards in place for whole working environment
Requirements:
- Having mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree
- Having heavy industry experience procurement, project and/or production 8 years minimum
- Having advanced welding and casting processes knowledge
- Having planning, scheduling, pricing and tendering experiences
- Proficient with drawings, specifications, manufacturing processes, inspection processes and all related standards
- English language reading, writing and speaking skills at advanced level
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and having team management experience, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces
- Being able to meet essential requirement; physically against to shop environment and software knowledge to complying inspections and reporting
- No travel restriction both domestic and abroad, B Class or greater driving license must
