Currently, Andea is looking for an innovative, skilled, and driven SOFTWARE PRE-SALES CONSULTANT to help develop and deliver excellent product demonstrations, highlighting customer benefits based on their requirements and supporting sales to make the sales process efficient and successful.

 

What you’ll be working on

Andea is a global MES/MOM software integrator of systems like DELMIA Apriso & DELMIA Ortems. Our software solutions have helped companies like Bombardier, Brose, CoorsTek, Doosan, Sierra Nevada Corporation, + many others to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.

As a Software Pre-sales Consultant at Andea, you will work closely with the business development, sales, and services teams to support the sales activities. In addition, you will be responsible for uncovering and solving customer problems as efficiently as possible, matching the appropriate MES/MOM solutions to each customer’s needs, and managing and demonstrating our suite of products.

 

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Analyze requests for proposals and customer business requirements.

• Manage technical aspects of RFI / RFP responses.

• Develop and nurture business relationships with prospects and existing customers.

• Provide some technical support & training to existing and new customers.

• Provide technical and functional advice, manage technical discussions, write product manuals, white papers, tenders and so on.

• Assist with pricing scenarios, business benefit and ROI analyses.

• Maintain the MES/MOM demo environments.

• Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain our solution and meet the business requirements of our customers.

• Aid the smooth transition of a customer from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.

 

You will receive all the support and training needed to succeed in this position. In addition, people with different seniority levels and plenty of experience will support you when needed.

 

Our tech stack

• For our database, we use the SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle (PL/SQL)

• In terms of front-end development, we use HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery

• As to the backend, we use the C#

• For the operating system, we work on the latest Windows Server

 

Wymagania

What you will bring along:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English! Other languages are considered an asset.

• A background in Solution Engineering, Consultancy, or Delivery.

• Good understanding of enterprise class software solutions (e.g. ERP or MES/MOM).

• Experience in developing or implementing software solutions in the manufacturing sector is a big plus.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).

• Some programming knowledge (e.g. Java, C/C++, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Python).

• Ability to travel internationally as required.
