Our firm specializes in developing and implementing software solutions for global manufacturing companies. Our employees are process experts in the fields of production, logistics, asset management, quality management and data analytics. We deliver our services from our offices in Poland and United States and remotely at our customers’ sites around the world.

Andea is looking for a Software Presales Consultant to join our team in Cracow.

Wymagania

Main responsibilities:
• Analyze requests for proposal and customer business requirements.
• Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain how our solutions meet the business requirements of a customer.
• Provide input to product development as subject matter expert.
• Aid the smooth transition of a customer from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.
• Provide technical and functional advice, train sales teams and resellers, write product manuals, white papers, tenders and so on.
• Assist with pricing scenarios, business benefit and ROI analyses.
• Manage technical aspects of RFI / RFP responses.
• Participate in conferences as requested.
• Develop and nurture business relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and competitive knowledge.

Qualifications and skills:
• Experience as a Pre-sales Consultant, Solution architect, Developer or Implementer working with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software products.
• Experience in developing or implementing software projects in the manufacturing, or supply chain industries a big plus.
• Programming and database experience would be a plus
• Experience and enthusiasm for working closely with customers in workshops to develop our solutions.
• An analytical mind and interest in problem solving.
• Proven presentation and interpersonal skills.
• MUST have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are considered an asset.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
