Your new company
For our Client, a newly established IT structures of manufacturing company, we are searching for Security Software Engineer.
Your new role
- Ability to build, maintain and improve front end GUI, utilizing existing API/SDK from an OEM backend.
- Ability to build, maintain and improve integrations with third party systems utilizing API/SDK
- Ability to migrate on prem system features, into a web based, cloud based, solution.
What you'll need to succeed
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in developing physical security software
- More than 3-year experience as a software development in a security-centric role.
- Full understanding of enterprise systems, environments and key drivers.
- Experience in SaaS a plus.
- Experience in web/app based systems and cloud based environments a must.
- University degree. Master’s in information technology, or related fields, desired
- Experience in managing OEM Partners and required integration platforms
- International mindset with experience in multi-lingual, multicultural systems is a must.
- Excellent English both spoken and written, additional European languages are a strong plus
Tech Skills
- Experience in (some of) the following: C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Python, CSS, ASP.NET, GIT, TFS, HTML5, JQuery, C++, DevOps, Agile, Typescript, Angular, React, Vue.js, .NET Core, Azure, REST, Linux
- Deep understanding of Cloud oriented software offerings.
- Fluent in utilizing APIs and SDKs to enable custom integrations.
- Understand version control concepts and workflows using TFS.
- Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming in complex systems
- Working knowledge of Scrum process
- You have had experience with video and audio processing
- Knowledge of Video (JPEG/H.264/H.265) and Audio (AAC/G.711/G.726) codecs
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP
- Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization experience is a plus
