Your new role
As an Software Delivery Manager you will play a key role in terms of project development. You'll contribute invarious projects implementation solutions, developing portfolio of projects and managing the team.
Your duties will include:
- Building relationships internally and externally to discover and meet clients’ further needs
- Contributing in various streams of system implementation projects
- Building Agile mind-set and efficiently scaling this way of delivering large scale projects
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
- Cooperating with team members, mentor the project team to plan, develop and implement project activities
- Management of relationship with the client, key stakeholders, subject matter experts
- Managing the performance for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
- Participation in people's initiatives throughout the organization
What you'll need to succeed
- 9+ years of industry experience
- Excellent business communication, client facing, leadership or/and project management skills
- Experience in agile / scrum methodology
- Willingness to travel
- English language on excellent level
- Command of German or other European language will be an advantage
