For one of our Clients, a modern and developing, we are currently looking for Software Architect/Project Leader. This person will be a part of a team located in Wrocław.
Your new role
Your new role will be to create SW functional specification in cooperation with customer and end customer. As a Software Architect/Project Leader you will be responsible for developing and deploying reliable and reproducible SW build process within the framework set by R&D and engineering team, release notes for the developed SW, production transfer of SW. Team internal development processes, tools and practices within the framework set by R&D and engineering team. Communicates resource needs to R&D and Engineering team manager so that the team can achieve the committed schedules Also acting as Project Leader for the team. You will be responsible for participation in technical meetings with customer, commissioning and type testing at customer premises when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with few years of related experience. You need to have experience in designing architecture for project SW utilising the SW platform and carries responsibility for SW design in the projects, experience in analysis of customer specifications, development of requirements and designing solutions based on products. Development of quality assurance practices within the team (unit tests, code reviews, integration tests, demo sessions) on your daily basis. Highly developed skills in cooperation with Project Manager as the technical leader of the project. Skills in planning and managing a team: experience in prioritisation of the team’s work item backlog so that project schedules are met and division of work within the team so that projects’ schedules are met are highly needed. Agile knowledge and good English language skills are required.
