You will be joining a dedicated team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues who are responsible for digital innovation and architecture, service design, global implementation of projects and 3rd level operations support.You will be joining a dedicated team of 12 colleagues in Europe, Asia and US, with responsibilities covering design and operations of infrastructure services.
We are looking for a candidate who will: Participate in global telephony projects, Design and implement the strategy for transitioning PBX voice to SfB office and mobile voice, Install, configure, upgrade, support, and maintain our on premise Skype environment, Create system documentation, testing, training, and post-deployment/upgrade assessments including regular system health checks for Skype, including the mobile platform, Train L2/L3 support teams with skills and knowledge to address operational support needs, Support and develop telephony solutions in multiple global locations working with local engineers and telecom providers.
High experience with most areas within: Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, Experience with the various platforms such as Cisco and Avaya, Solid experience with Session Boarder Gateways, Solid experience with traditional PBX and voicemail system integration to a UC environment, Solid experience with IP routing/switching and QoS. Fluent English is must have.
