• Responsible for supporting the SiteCore platform, interacting with hosting partners and outsourced development teams
• Configure and maintain the functional objects of SiteCore if required
• Manage operational requests and assist in the escalated triage of support issues, working with diverse user groups
• Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the SiteCore platform
• Proactively identify production risks and create actionable mitigation plans
• Collaborate with vendors and information technology to prioritize, launch and implement new tools and SiteCore platform enhancements.
• Participate in the Agile development process
• 5+ years of experience in a Web sites delivery, with technical administration/developer role.
• SiteCore certifications (Administrator and /or Developer certifications in particular).
• Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech or general healthcare industries.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable.
• Experience in communicating with external business partners.
• Technical proficiency with analytics systems and Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills and an ability to work directly with users to refine business requirements.
• Previous success working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with other CMS/DMS systems.
• An energetic and self-motivated approach to solving problems and driving solutions.
• Eager to learn
• Can do mentality

The Company
For a good client of SIRE IT in Noord-Brabant we are currently searching for a Delivery lead who knows what there needs to happen to deliver several Content management systems. The company is an international player with a distribution center in Noord-Brabant. The company is searching for replacement for this role because someone is going on maternity leave per 14 December but the start date can all ready be in November. At the moment the IT department of this company is growing quickly and there is a big chance that you can grow further in the team.Role Description
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery en support of the Sitecore platform. You will communicate with several teams around the world who are working on and with the platform. The expectation is that you will be travelling around two to four times a year to meet up with the teams on the other sites. Of course the travel expenses will be compensated with you.Responsibilities

Other information
