Our company is currently seeking a

Site manager

to join our expanding team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Process the design documentation, share information with colleagues
• Coordinate and supervise the welding, the material testing and construction activities
• Coordinate and supervise the construction teams based on the building operation plans
• Evaluate the co-workers’ work
• Check the work schedule and ensure up to date construction documentations
• Plan the optimal workforce, material and implement demands between different working fields
• Control the sub-contractors
• Coordinate the supporting departments such as quality control, logistics, other sub-contractors, etc.
• First contact point with client, technical inspection, sub-contractors, land owners, professional authorities and assigned mine authorities
• Document the construction results properly, prepare as-built documentation
• Ensure to keep within the project deadlines, project budget and quality requirements
• Co-operate with other construction managers if required
• Report to senior construction manager / project manager

Expectations towards the applicant:

• University or college degree specialized mechanical engineering
• Technical manager entitlement or same qualification
• At least 3-5 years technical and manager experience in the production and construction of welded structures
• Civil engineering experience
• Good IT knowledge (Office)
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• “B” driving licence
• Fluent English and/or Hungarian knowledge (professional language included)
