For our client, global company building new Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk we are searching for a Site Lead.
This role is about providing support for our client and ensuring customer-focused finance service delivery. More importantly you will be responsible for the following. On this position you will be responsible for three main areas:
1. HR and administration/financial team
2. acting as a leading representative of a Knowledge Centre
3. being point of contact for company's Head Quarters
More importantly you will be responsible for:
What we are looking for in you:
In order to be successful in this position you need to possess at least 10 years of experience in working within Finance area and to have knowledge of Income Tax, Service Tax, Central Excise, VAT, Profession Tax, Provident Fund. We are looking to hire a pro-active and a self-motivated person with drive to achieve and deliver excellent results. Knowledge of SAP FICO and MS Office is beneficial in this position. Advanced level of English in both writing and speaking is essential too.

- Effective, accurate and timely budgeting and forecast preparation
- Suggest, prepare, review and execute financial policies in missing areas during the year
- Effective Cash Flow planning for the organization including best and secure investments options.
- Acting as a point of escalations and managing conflicts
- Representing Knowledge Centre
- Being responsible for procurment and negotiating contracts
What we are looking for in you:
