- Obtaining and maintenance of the ISO 14001 certificate.
- Manage the ongoing efforts to annually improve the safety processes, the environment management, security etc.
- Manage the processes that lead to strategic plans to ensure a continuous improvement in risk and safety management KPI's.
- Develop and maintain a proactive safety culture.
- Through training develop the management team and team leads to ensure they are fully prepared to manage safety critical activities.
- Manage the Asset Conservation plan.
- Reduce the company's liability claims.
- In possession of a Professional Safety Qualification.
- Membership of an organisation like IOSH.
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands on EHS role within a production facility, experience in the Food Industry is an bonus.
- Vast experience with corporate risk management systems.

In this role you'll be a member of the senior site management team. You'll take charge of developing and implementing the safety leadership principles and the safety values of the company throughout the site's organisation and the external partners.Responsibilities
- Manage the sites risk management and ensure procedures are compliant with both internal and external rules and legislation.- Obtaining and maintenance of the ISO 14001 certificate.
