Our client EPC contractor due to the contract in Poland looks for experienced Site Contract Manager.
Site Contract Manager leads of all site commercial activities and guides and monitors other commercial site personnel. Is responsible for the claim management for allocated process packages, establishes necessary documentation, assesses risks and claim potentials in consultation and agreement with the contract manager execution. He supports project director in client related commercial issues and alerts them in relation to subcontractor issues.
Ideal candidate has minimum 10 years of experience as a site contract/commercial manager in construction of industrial plants. Candidate has a great soft skills including communication , diligent, negotiation experience, solution oriented and social competence. International experience is a plus.
