As a Shift leader you will be, together with your colleague shift leaders and supervisor, responsible for the day to day management of our clients warehouse.Responsibilities
Creating a working environment where the employees are enabled to perform their work qualitatively and quantitatively well. To do this, consult with Supervisor and colleague Shiftleaders about schedules, progress and particularities.- Leading of the employees: Motivating and instructing the employees.

Requirements
- A bachelor degree in logistics- Fluent English and Dutch, basis knowledge in French
- Capable of handling the stress
- Good in communication
