We are looking for a professional to join a global team focused on consulting, technology services, and digital transformation. The role involves supporting organizations in their transformation journeys, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness in Finance and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Transform query-related processes across IT, HR, and Finance within BPO/GBS/SSC environments
• Recommend “To Be” Connect to Resolve models aligned with global best practices
• Define technology setup guidelines to support the transformed C2R model for specific service lines
• Prepare user stories and use cases to capture system adjustment requirements
• Develop process maps for C2R, including roles and responsibilities (RACI), SLAs, and KPIs

Expectations

• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow platform in areas such as Finance and Control, Customer Service, Vendor Management, Communication, Sourcing and Procurement, Audit Risk and Compliance, HR, and IT
• Strong understanding of Connect to Resolve / Query to Resolve processes
• Experience in analyzing business needs and managing ServiceNow requirements
• Ability to collaborate with IT, developers, and operations teams to deliver agreed outcomes in ServiceNow
• Understanding of various Service Delivery Models (GBS, SSC, BPO, hybrid, BOT) and general process knowledge (AP/AR/GL/MDM)
