The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.
Currently, we are supporting Ammega in looking for Candidates for SERVICE MANAGER position, to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.
On this position you will have to work closely with helpdesk, also with hosting partners and ensure that all IT processes are properly followed. The main goal will be to set up global helpdesk and ensure that its arranged accordingly.

Experience Required:
We are looking for Candidates with 8 years of experience in IT support or management role or with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Sciences/computer science. This position requires experience with desktop and laptop system configurations using deployment tools like MDT, and basic PC hardware maintenance in a Windows 10 environment and background with supporting, maintaining and administering Microsoft Windows Networking systems.
We seek for focused oriented person with “can-do” attitude to work. English fluent (written and spoken) is essential.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the end to end of hosting services along with chosen partner & applications teams where countries Connect platform business critical applications are hosted.
- Manage Globally hosted Email in O365 & Global AD in alignment with local IT teams
- Act as overall Infra Hosting SPOC for onboarding more Connect countries 23+
- Ensure proper ITIL processes are defined & followed part of overall hosting service along with hosting partner
- Ensure the availability of required hardware, software, and other tools necessary for the delivery of high quality IT service
- Carry out analysis of an organizations IT structure to identify operational leaks and effect strategies for improved processes
- Conduct inspections to ensure IT equipment and workstations are operational
- Conduct forecasts in order to identify possible future IT challenges and take necessary steps in minimizing risks
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software and general IT systems by studying relevant publications and participating in educational programs
- Implement & maintain effective asset management process
