For our Client, well-recognised American company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Service Manager.
Your new role
Working on this position you will act as a contact for Sales/Account managers regarding the Software Maintenance and Support offering, you will also deliver input in pre-sales/review sessions, act as Escalation manager during critical escalations ensuring progress and clear communications as well as be responsible for reporting on tickets and pre-sales activities, Financials, forecast, operational issues, resourcing, (continuous) improvement plans etc.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess at least 5 years of team management experience in software delivery/software maintenance & support, experience in Pre-Sales/Business Development as well as Project Management. Client facing, communication and problem solving skills are also required from you. Excellent English is a must. If you have technical background in Quality Assurance/Software Development, experience in Agile/Scrum and project management-related certificates, it will be considered as your additional asset.
