Role Description

Within this role you are improving consumer satisfaction by troubleshooting, delivering accurate and fast service on the spot. You are part of the Field Service Engineer Team in the Benelux and report to the Business Operations Manager Benelux. You ideally have worked with Medical Device equipment yourself and know how to handle complaints and faults.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for installing and maintaining the devices and equipment in hospitals both preventive and corrective. Furthermore you will be responsible for the following:
- Installing the instruments/systems to ensure continuous quality;
- Technical support during occasional sales demonstrations
- Preventive and corrective maintenance, system modification and updates;
- Manage stock (spare parts), measuring equipment and tools;
- Notice, create and pass down commercial changes.

Requirements

- B.Sc. (medical) Engineering, preferably additional education in data communication techniques;
- Knowledge and experience of Hospitals
- Fluent in English and Dutch speaking. French is a plus
- Strong communication skills.
