For our Client, IT Support European Leader, we are looking for a team leader to manage our team and run effective supervision.
You will be responsible for overseeing, managing and motivating team members. As a team leader, you will be in daily communication with the team members, so your communication skills should be first-rate. We expect you to be able to act proactively to ensure smooth service delivery and effective teamwork. Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to reach goals.
Take part in process transition in BERLIN for 5-8 summer weeks!

Your exciting responsibilities are:
- Create an stimulating team environment with an open communication culture
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Set clear goals for the team members
- Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact.
- Plans and distributes workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met.
- Discover development needs and work to fulfill them
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Produces and analyses management reports to allocate work and report on trends
Skills Required:
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (we are working for external clients)
- Fluent English and German
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Decision-making skills
- Excellent proven customer service skills
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
