On behalf of our Client, establishing its BPO Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Service Desk Associate with German.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be mainly responsible for responding telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures; gathering information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls; communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner; informing customers about services available and assesses customer needs. Your duties will also include providing functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff; scheduling work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitoring priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems; preparing standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input and assisting in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have first professional experience in related field (service desk, customer service, call center etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs are essential. Moreover, our Client appreciates knowledge ow Oracle or SAP system. Fluency in English and German are required.
