Service Desk Agent with German
The job is perfectly for You if You have some basic experience in with working within Customer Service , IT or similar Service Desk environment or if You have excellent skills of German and English.

Description
- Investigate, resolve and escalate all tickets reported to the Service Desk
- Act as ticket owner and lead communication with requestor for incident life cycle
- Achieve a high 1st level resolution rate/adequate documentation
- Initial assessment of the incident /service request
- Resolve in case possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level
- Escalate to 2nd level / dispatch local onsite support in case physical
- Contribute to knowledge management
Profile
- From 1-3 years of professional experience with working witin Customer Service, IT or similar Service Desk environment
- Fluent German and English
- Relevant experience in SAP (nice to have)
- Technical, IT acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Openess to learn
- Organisation skills
