Service Desk Agent with German/French

At the moment we are looking for:

- answering incoming calls and supporting problems, service requests or inquiries in German/French and English
- responding to emails in specified email mailbox, responding to cases in specified support queues
- being responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal inquires and work requests
- performing troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems related to the infrastructure, systems, applications and network communications.
- basic Customer Service experience, preferably phone related in help desk support
- advanced level of French or German
- advanced level of English
- application knowledge in the areas of Office suites, email applications (Outlook)
- hardware knowledge in the areas of Personal Computers - will be an asset
- general knowledge of computer networking, hardware and mobile technology - wil be an asset
- willingness to work from Łódź.
