THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
Pharmaceutical company with an important logistics site located in the surroundings of Brussels. The company has also production plants, laboratories and clinical offices all over the world.
The product portfolio are solid dosages, liquid forms, injectables, biologic drugs.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Data Manager, your main responsibility will be to support the Serialization Program by joining the External Supply Chain team.
The work will contribute to the success of the Corporate Anti-Counterfeiting & Supply Chain Security.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compilation of serialization Master Data
- Assessment of all data affected by the serialization requirements
- Monitor progress, identify obstacles, taking appropriate mitigation actions
- Develop appropriate metrics between; Serialization, Supply and Demand Planning teams
- Evaluation of products and definition of data to be included on product labelling
- Review of Serialization artwork.
- Liaison between artwork teams, regulatory stakeholders and Supply/ Demand planning teams
- Compilation of Serialization metrics
- Program reports and corporate communciations
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in data management
- Previous experience in Serialization projects within the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Advance level of English
OTHER
The contract will start with 1 year project that can be extended or become a permanent job afterwards depending on needs and performance.
Type of contract: temporary via payroll or freelance
Starting date: ASAP (February 2018)
Duration: 1 year
Location: Brussels (on site)
Flexibility to work 1 day from home might be negotiable depending on experience and work requirements.
