Your new role 

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to lead/support our design activities and elevate user experience of our digital products. If you have a track record of creating user-centered designs and want to have your impact on the digital transformation in the energy industry, we want you on our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the design process for this project, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
• Apply user-centred design principles throughout the project, ensuring that user needs and satisfaction are at the forefront of all design decisions
• Develop project-specific information architectures, user flows, and wireframes that create a cohesive and intuitive digital product
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that visually align with the product39s brand and deliver both aesthetics and functionality
• Plan and execute usability testing, using feedback to iterate on designs and refine the user experience
• Collaborate with product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation in line with the project39s vision
• Working between the product and development: translating the needs into design solutions that development can implement
• Stay informed about design trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration to enhance the user experience

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Extensive experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your ability to drive design independently
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (we use Figma)
• A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
• Proven experience taking ownership of design projects and delivering exceptional results
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Familiarity with development processes
• Fluent English required
