We are creating new team! For our Client- global brand located in Gdańsk- we are currently looking for Senior Tax Implementation Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Working with clients’ Tax and IT teams to understand their requirements and business processes
- Implementing the Indirect Tax software including Indirect Tax Compliance and Indirect Tax Determination for clients – analyzing requirements, designing and documenting the solution, configuring the software to meet client’s needs, testing, supporting the client during rollout, etc.
- Preparing and delivering end user training, including training materials
- Input onto project management activities including creating and updating project plans and timelines
- Resolving customer support issues referred from the helpdesk
- Engaging with other key teams within the business (e.g. the product, sales and support teams) and partner organisations
- Assisting with presales activities – e.g. software demonstrations, scoping new prospects, etc.
Qualifications
- Technology or software consulting / implementation experience, gained ideally from a client facing role
- Experience/knowledge of SAP, with experience in one or more of the following areas: ABAP, FICO, SD or MM, and be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues is desirable
- Experience/knowledge of tax and accounting, ideally of indirect tax. A tax or accounting qualification is desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal / team-working skills
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong focus on achieving client satisfaction
- Enthusiasm / ‘can-do’ attitude & willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as collaboratively within a team
