As a pioneer in the biotechnology, the organisation focuses on the development of new pharmaceutical products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Senior Supply Chain Manager you will develop new strategies for the support of implementation in an international environment and you will act as the decision-maker regarding supply quantities. In addition, you will lead the team that is responsible for Supply Chain analysis to generate a positive impact on the top line sales in Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will develop new strategies, monitor supply quantities and lead the Supply Chain analysis team. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing new strategies for the support of implementation in an international organisation
- Monitoring the quantities of supply
- Leading a team that is focused on Supply Chain analysis
- Acting as the decision-maker for supply quantities of European associates
- Stakeholder management with the use of a strong customer focus
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 8 years of experience in several management positions within Supply Chain Management
- Understanding of Market Analysis and Business Planning
- Proven track-record of Project Management in international and matrix organizations
- Accomplished general business knowledge
- Experience with People Management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of IS systems (including capability of SAP and Reporting Systems)
- Fluent in English
