- Support during implementation of the WMS system in the warehouse;
- Providing IT support for end users of the WMS system (advise, problem-solving);
- Provide assistance to users of the operation system and installed software;
- Supporting business projects and implementing changes as required;
- IT support in the implementation of global initiatives;
- Cooperation with other departments to adapt IT solutions to the standards of the organization;
- Manage relationship with an international IT team. - managing / correcting WMS issues,

- resolving EDI communications enquiries,
