- structural design activities for constructions (buildings, sustaining structures, supports & skids) and structural steel, cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete structures
- pre-sizing of beams/girders, plates, columns, foundations, other

- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly;
- capability of analyzing large amounts of data and assess solutions
- negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate
