Your new role/What you will be doing

• Deliver AI-Powered Capabilities: Provide AI-driven solutions to customers.
• Collaborate on Feature Development: Work closely with Product, Management, and Knowledge Engineering teams to define feature scope and implementation.
• Automate Deployment Pipelines: Streamline deployment processes for AI-powered services and products.
• Evolve Workflows: Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes.
• Support Deployed Services: Ensure high stability and reliability of deployed services.
• Mentor Team Members: Guide junior team members and collaborate with experienced colleagues for mutual learning.

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Experience with cloud service provisioning and deployment (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages and testing frameworks (Ruby, TypeScript, Java).
• Proficiency in web programming languages and testing frameworks (React, NodeJS).
• Strong understanding of SQL and data querying.
• Knowledge of architecture and software design patterns for server-side and web domains.
• Experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

• Experience managing and deploying cloud services in AWS.
• 4+ years of experience in developing web applications with React or TypeScript.
• 4+ years of experience in developing server-side applications with Ruby, NodeJS, or Java.
• Experience with high-throughput messaging systems like Kafka.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.

• Languages: Ruby, TypeScript, React
• Cloud: AWS
• Interfaces: Kafka, REST, GraphQL on top of Istio
• Data Storage: S3, RDS MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Aurora
• Deployment: Kubernetes using Docker, Kafka for stream-processing
