Senior Software developer with PM background (Wrocław/Szczecin)

For our international Client we are currently looking for a Senior Software developer with PM background.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for development of Performance Management domain of network management system

Leader of software development team

Responsible for coordination of software development team work

Design of low level system architecture solution

Our project:

OSS / O&M system for mobile networks

Requirements: 

University degree, IT education in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related.

Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom/IT/SW development company

Minimum 2 years experience as SW Development Lead

Experience in software development process

Excellent knowledge of software development tools

Excellent knowledge of software development techniques and good practices

Excellent knowledge of mediation layer for Performance Management services

Experience in creation of low level technical documentation (Implementation Specification) in English.

Experience in development of distributed Client-Server applications

Strong problem solving skills

Good communication skills

Creativity and willingness to improve

Able to work under pressure

Quality focused

Fluent English

Additional assets:

Knowledge of software architecture design

Availability and flexibility to travel at short notice

Good knowledge at O&M area

Good knowledge of  Simple Network Management Protocol

Good knowledge of CORBA

Good knowledge of Linux OS
