We are searching for a Senior IT Global Service Desk Specialist, who takes ownership of issues, service requests and demonstrates strong problem solving having the positive client experience as focus.


In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide highly skilled user support for all areas related to Client Hardware, Windows Operating System and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
  • Support other less experienced colleagues in solving not standard issues and deliver trainings to other colleagues to pro-actively foster knowledge sharing in the entire team
  • Solve user requests/incidents directly or qualified routing of tickets to corresponding second level support team
  • Striving for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
  • Inform pro-actively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary coordinate with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
  • Capture and update requests in the corresponding ticketing system (change order, incident or requests)
  • Document problem solutions and continuously maintain internal knowledge database


A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
  • IT knowledge and working experience for at least 3 years (Office365, SAP, User & Password Management, Client Hardware, Network, Desktop Application, iOS, Web Browser and Operating System)
  • Fluency in English and German (speaking and writing)
  • Takes ownership for issues and follows through to solution for user
  • Customer service orientation
  • Solution delivery orientation
  • Always friendly and professional communication towards customer
  • Quick understanding of customer needs
