Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

The company has a focus on oncology therapeutics and is looking to expand based on their sound scientific program.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a senior scientist you will be working in a small team focused on oncology and immunology therapeutics. You are in close contact to the Scientific Officer during your research responsibilities. There will be a fair amount of benchwork involved as well so you must be keen on getting your hands dirty. You will take care of the move from pre-clinical to clinical fase of the company's products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a small group. Design, prepare, execute and analyze your experiments. You are up to date on all scientific development regarding RNA/DNA therapeutics. You keep track of the progression of R&D products towards the clinical trial phase.

REQUIREMENTS

- PhD in Biology, Molecular biology or similar
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Excellence in the field of RNA and oncology
- Fluent in English
- Willing to live in the vincinity of the facility
- Sound research techniques
