- Write/review protocols and reports in line with IVD standards
- Organize day-to-day execution of experimental test plans and reports progress
- Supervise transfer of design outputs to operations
- Always improving scientific knowledge in the benefits for the company
- Provide input for manuscripts, grants or patent applications
- Coach, mentor, grow and motivate project team members
- Minimum 2 years of post PhD experience
- Experience in the field of Molecular biology (nucleic acid based technologies, real-time PCR, NGS)
- Sound experience in IVD product development
- Experience with CE-IVD and/or FDA registrations is an asset

You will technically and scientifically lead IVD development projects in the field of oncology and oversee all functional aspects of assay development. Next to this you will guide your team in their daily tasks. You are part of the R&D team.Responsibilities
- Translate target product profile into verifiable product requirements to translate it in to experimental designs- Write/review protocols and reports in line with IVD standards
- Organize day-to-day execution of experimental test plans and reports progress
- Supervise transfer of design outputs to operations
- Always improving scientific knowledge in the benefits for the company
- Provide input for manuscripts, grants or patent applications
- Coach, mentor, grow and motivate project team members
Requirements
- PhD in Oncology, post-doc experience preferred- Minimum 2 years of post PhD experience
- Experience in the field of Molecular biology (nucleic acid based technologies, real-time PCR, NGS)
- Sound experience in IVD product development
- Experience with CE-IVD and/or FDA registrations is an asset
