Our Client is a SAP consulting company which operates in Europe and across the globe. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team.
Your new role
- Working in our SAP Consulting Department as an implementation project manager
- Being responsible for all aspects of project management, including scope definition, requirements gathering, detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling, risk management through to successful launch and post-go live adoption
- Defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle
- Management of project phases from initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, formal closing, and preparing for Post-Project Review
- Ongoing collaboration with the implementation team and project stakeholders
- Assisting junior project managers in their daily project management challenges; consulting on various solutions and approaches
- Active participation in project managers39 meetings and executive team on C-level
- A proactive approach in seeking new solutions and taking initiative in process improvements
- Providing support with your experience to other project managers in overcoming project impediments and ensuring high-quality team communication

What you39ll need to succeed
- At least 8 years of experience in various SAP projects management with clear evidence of successful application of project methodologies – obligatory
- A track record of successful delivery of projects in an international environment, combining enterprise system configuration, operational readiness and team management
- Focus on integration of all project elements (scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and stakeholders) to achieve the business and technical goals
- Technical experience in leading projects (from the product development process, IT operations, interfaces and workflow)
- Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SolMan, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAP Activate, etc.)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, slicers, formulas)
- Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders; ability to report on project status and negotiate at the C-level
- Negotiation skills and the ability to establish terms of cooperation with various external stakeholders
- Knowledge of team management methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches, team facilitation skills, and a focus on collaboration effectiveness (experience with working agreement documents)
- High level of independence in organising one39s own work and team work; ability to combine individual work with teamwork
- C1 Polish and C1 English knowledge (communication fluency in spoken and written English, working in an international environment)
- Category B driving license active
- Openness for business trips
