Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are searching a Senior Recruiter for one of our global clients in Katowice (hybrid work model) for the new position in a team (SSC sector).

Our client is a global, American company manufacturing chemicals. Their wide range of products are sold to numbers of consumer and industrial end markets.

Description

• Full responsibility for the recruitment project within accounting, supply chain, procurement, marketing, customer service, manufacturing with the liaison with recruitment agencies
• Establish and manage a schedule of regular updates with hiring managers & internal stakeholders, and generate progress reports
• Linkedln direct search
• Manage candidate's ATS
• Act as key user of global HR system
• Implementation of improvements and recruitment process standarisation
• Provide input & market data for budget and local comp & ben process
• Participate in other HR activities and projects
• Develop & coordinate recruitment channels: external agencies, job posting, social media, job fairs, University cooperation

Profile

• Preferable + 2 years experience in recruitment for SSC international environment
• Management of full recruitment life cycle
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of recruitment tools i.e., direct search - Linkedln
• Recruitment of candidates within (preferable): accounting, supply chain, procurement, marketing
• Very good MS Excel skills
• Eagerness to develop within HR
