For our Client - international, prestigious organization based in Poznań we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Senior Recruiter.
Your new role
Primary responsibilities will be identifying recruitment's needs and creating profiles and job specifications. You will be responsible also for planning and coordinating recruitment processes. Moreover, expertly use of selection techniques and developing new, creative sourcing strategies. Your duties includes also management of contact with candidates and guiding them through all recruiting stages.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have University degree, minimum 2 years of experience in leading recruitment projects, knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels and processes, speaks fluent English.
