is a Nordic energy company, focusing on generating and selling electricity, heat, and steam, utilizing renewable energy sources such as hydro, nuclear, and solar power. Currently, for the IT Hub in Wrocław, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer, who will be part of an international team. 

Your new role 

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing efficient integrations and services, adhering to customer requirements and electricity market regulations. You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team consisting of designers, developers, data scientists and testers the solution.You will work with AWS technologies, and we expect a deep understanding of AWS cloud and the latest cutting-edge technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.

What you39ll need to succeed 

Must Have:

• At least 5+ years of experience.
• Expert knowledge of the following is a must:

- Architecture development and deployment
- IT security, high availability, cybersecurity, maintenance and support methods
- Data storage and data maintenance methods
- Message brokers and microservice architectures
- Python
- GitHub Actions service deployment, containers and DevOps practices
- Software Engineering principles: SOLID, clean-code

• Strong communication skills and interest/open-mindedness to learn about demand response on power grids.
• Basic knowledge of OCPP, MQTT, and IOT devices.
• Experience in working in Agile environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Presenting complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Full professional proficiency in written and oral English.
• Enjoys working in a multilingual/multicultural environment.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of electricity flexibility markets, smart charging, smart heating, charge point management systems and electric vehicles is valued.
• Prior experience with chargers for electrical vehicles or home energy management
