Our client is a professional Agriculture and Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
They are a massive international player on the fruit and vegetable market. With almost 750 employees just in the Netherlands. They have a practical focus and value quality and service extremely high besides an enjoyable working environment.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be working on multiple projects varying between transport, warehousing, packaging and more. Sometimes this can be on an international basis. You will use your project management and team coaching skills to finish these projects successfully.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for coaching the project members in your team to bring the various projects to a successful end. Also you will be responsible for:
-Managing different projects from an operational point of view
-Being the link between various divisions within the project
-Continuously improving changes related to the project
REQUIREMENTS
-BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar
-Three to five years’ experience with project management within the FMCG industry
-Project- and change management skills
-The ability to run multiple projects at the same time
-Fluent in Dutch and English
