- Providing project updates to stakeholders
- Integration of data from the stakeholders and ensure clear communication and coordinate change management
- Maintain and keep track of the project budget
- Directing and defining the role of the project and ensure the project goals and objectives are well understood by the various functional areas
- Gain input and feedback on the benefits, needs and problems associated with the project
- Ensure that the project work is in line with international legal requirements and approved guidelines and with practices, policies and standard operating procedures
- Preparation of project plan and reporting
- 5+ years related experience and experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience with the implementation of 4PL
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Experience with working in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech company would be a big plus

The company will start a major project around a strategic adjustment of the current distribution process to the implementation of 4PL (Lead Logistics Provider) for the Global Supply Hub Europe. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will oversee, manage and coordinate all project related tasks of the implementation. It is possible that additional projects can be added.Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring and manage logistics, distribution operational issues, tracking, completion, follow-up and related presentations- Providing project updates to stakeholders
- Integration of data from the stakeholders and ensure clear communication and coordinate change management
- Maintain and keep track of the project budget

Requirements
- MSc in Life Sciences, Business, Logistics or a related area- 5+ years related experience and experience in a Project Manager role
