Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Friesland Netherlands.
Our client is a food organization specialised in the dairy, located in the North of the Netherlands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This organization is looking for a project manager specialized in the dairy industry that can lead a complex Brownfield project. The brownfield project consist of innovating and expending the plant, while the processes need to keep going. As a project manager you are going to report directly to the operations director. Furthermore you are going to lead a team of 10 FTE and the CAPEX value of this project will be 5 million euro's.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a Brownfield project of 5 million Euro's CAPEX Value
- Coaching and motivating a team of 10 FTE
- Leading the project from feasability phase until the completion
- Responsible for organizing weekly meetings
- Contact person for stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Good Communicative and coaching skills
- Multiple years (>5) of experience in the food industry, specialised in the dairy
- Prince 2 and VOL VCA certificates
- Languages: Dutch and English
