THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
They focus on the technological improvements that could be made which ensures their clients to aid their patients in the best way possible.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Within this position you will be responsible for the marketing aspect of the product development in the dental niche market. The entire process from scratch to after-launch monitoring will be your responsibility. You will have to make sure that feedback from clients will be incorporated within the future versions of the final product. You will work in cooperation with regional marketing managers to align their visions in to one, global marketing strategy. This role lasts for at least 1 year, with the possibility to extend. RESPONSIBILITIES
Working this role, you will have make sure that you will be able to cope with the following responsibilities.
- Inform yourself about the technicalities of the product, so you can effectively communicate the benefits of the products.
- Gain information about customer needs to ensure we will create a product which truly satisfies their needs.
- Be able to cooperate with the regional marketing managers to align their statements into one, global launch campaign.
- Coordination of the ongoing needs of the customers to make sure the business will continue. This includes activities such as customer support and website maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of marketing experience within the medical devices, preferred in the dental industry.
- Bsc in Marketing or related field.
- Project management skills.
- Leadership, and not afraid to take action in own hands.
- Effective communicator, on all levels within an organization.
- Strategic thinking, where an understanding of the cost/benefit ratio is crucial.
OTHER
- MBA is considered a plus.
