For our Client, international company providing mobile communications, telecommunications and cloud solutions that just opened new centre in Katowice, we are currently looking for Senior Product Manager.
Your new role
Holding this role, you will have direct impact on company’s portfolio by leading the discovery, defining, building, launching and scaling several products. You will develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap based on discovered customer needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives. Also, you will share the vision for the products with all of the stakeholders (i.e. customers, management, development, marketing and sales teams). Moreover, you will work with development, design and marketing to build and launch new products and features by removing roadblocks and achieving company readiness for the launch. Your scope of duties will also include scaling the products by spotting the right opportunities, ensuring they are pursued at the right time, and save company’s time and money by saying no to timewasters.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to hold several years of relevant experience as Product Manager. You have to be experienced in driving product strategy (in B2B, SaaS) and be passionate about products. As Product Manager you need to have be able to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation and have customer-first way of thinking and doing. You need to be experienced in effective communication with engineers, business people, upper management, customers and partners alike. Due to work in international environment, you need to have fluent English language skills.
