Senior Printing Operator
Miejsce pracy: TrelleborgResponsibilities and Tasks:
- provide project leader and/or their delegates support in print process questions with aim to improve existing products and processes and also for new development,
- independently conduct print trials to evaluate equipment and auxiliaries,
- participate in internal and external trouble shooting that are product and/or process related,
- arranges a range of different set ups/modules, pre-designed to be used for internal testing and for customer trials (e.g. module for printing shrink sleeves),
- coordinates and schedules printing trials in the press room,
when required give printing assistance to sales and marketing requests,
- responsible to search for information and solutions of new printing techniques and equipment,
- responsible for documentation and filing of all conducted print trials.
Candidates profile:
- engineer with printing experience,
- strong technical and print-mechanical skills (Narrow Web presses),
- good knowledge printing processes (flexo, offset and screen),
- knowledge of UV curable and WB inks,
- knowledge of labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging applications,
- trouble shooting capabilities,
- ability to work with others (internally/externally) at all levels,
- good English language skills,
- good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.),
- builds trust with sales and customers,
- execution driven,
- problem solving ability,
- team player with positive enthusiasm,
- willingness to learn in changing environment,
- high energy level and dedication,
- strong conceptual thinking abilities,
- good organiser.
