RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Program/Project Managers in project communication and coordination
- Support Program/Project Managers in creation and maintenance of project documentation and status reports
- Milestone and KPI tracking and reporting
- Organize and takes minutes in project meetings and reviews
- Track project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables on behalf of Program/Project Managers
- Support Program/Project Managers in other PMO tasks upon request
SKILLS
MUST
- Fluent English
- Professional experience in PMO support, preferably for IT Projects
- Strong communication skills - experience at communication with stakeholders and high level management (Strong English language skills is a must);
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel reporting and data presentation skills)
- Experience with CA PPM, Jira
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Cooperation, influence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to regular and sometimes challenging deadlines, and be able to prioritize deliverables
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of IT terminology and networking would be an asset
- Knowledge of PMO methodologies and tools would be an asset
