Your new company
For one of our Clients, international Shared Service Center based in Wrocław, we are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Your new role
As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for managing the payroll administration process, you will closely cooperate with HR teams and vendors, also you will provide support to the employees regarding payroll related questions, compiling personnel records, including compensation.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, processing multi-state payrolls for in excess of 800 employees . Good English - written and spoken is a must, as well as related degree, excellent communication and IT skills - MS Office, particularly very good Microsoft Excel. Exceptional interpersonal skills are also highly required
