YOUR NEW ROLE:
Implementing and maintaining the enterprise-level network infrastructures to support business and technical functions; Assisting in the design and implementation of interfaces to non-Client enterprise network infrastructures, as they relate to connection of the enterprise network infrastructure to, or close collaboration with affiliates, customers, licensees or suppliers; Monitoring the daily operations of plant and local network infrastructures; Developing standard procedures for installation and troubleshooting of critical systems; Providing 2nd and 3rd tier support for local, domestic and international data network facilities; Approving and controlling moves, adds or changes for local and domestic data network facilities; Acting as liaison between Networks and Telecommunications and its clients (internal and external); As part of the global team, assisting in developing and testing network solutions for future networking demands in office and production environments; Providing technical expertise and guidance in properly assessing business requirements and issues with regards to access to LAN/WAN/WLAN/VOIP services; Managing Remote Access solution for Enterprise Network, Users/ VPN to warehouses; Managing the enterprise routers/switches, voice and video systems and wireless services; Developing and maintaining relationships with key strategic information technology vendors, including providers of local area network, wide area network, telecommunication carriers, network equipment providers, and IT services; Leading global network infrastructure projects (tech refreshes, lifecycle management).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in information technology or related discipline; Minimum of 5 years of related experience in network & telecommunications related roles in IT department; 5years of related experience in network environments, network design and planning and implementing of LAN/WAN technology; Experience in configuration and installation of Cisco routers, switches and Wireless and Voice systems; ITIL Foundations Certification is desirable; Project development and implementation of SOPs handling and maintenance; Knowledge of networks and security systems, standards, and infrastructures; Must be able to effectively communicate in English – both written and verbal.
