Senior Network Infrastructure Administrator

Working Hours: Businees Hours + on-call

Language: English, French is welcome

Location: Katowice, Hybrid HO model

Remote work: 50-100%

The actions to be carried out are:

• Network Infrastructure administration (2nd and 3rd level support)
• Management of upgrades and backup of network devices
• Remote troubleshooting and configuration of L2 and L3 network devices
• Analysis and resolution of user and supervision incidents
• Request fulfillment
• Propose enhancements to existing infrastructure

Environment: Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, Huawei, Fortigate, Checkpoint, Juniper, F5, Motorola

Mandatory required skills:

• Good knowledge of OSI model
• Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN concepts - DNS, DHCP, Proxies, VPN, Firewall would be an asset
• Experience in a large customer’s environment
• Must have a proactive customer focused attitude to providing an IT service
• Must have good French skills (written and especially oral communication) as well as English
• Must be a team player within the team as well as working with other team such as system, application, etc.
