Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Your will be responsible for a larger section of the procedural framework. You will describe GxP requirement adequately. With other departments you will work closely with your colleagues in quality to ensure that the process is well streamlined like meeting their requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation, improvement and design projects related to the procedural framework for GxP and business processes. The Business Process Manager will be an addition to the develop of the quality system so that clinical trials will be efficient and compliant for the Global Clinical Development Organization. This results in clinical programs that allow for seamless registration of the compounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize projects
- Oversee detailed process development
- Lead and participate in improvement projects
- Lead and participate in departmental process
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc. or BSc
- 8 or more years of experience in a medium or large scale matrix organization
- Strong leadership, resolution and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of GxP
- Experience in R&D process requirements
