They are a global Pharmaceutical company focusing on developing new medicines in respiratory, HIV, Oncology and immuno-inflammation.

Role Description

In this role you will lead a team of experts that is responsible for the Drug Substance process improvements from early to late stage upon need.

Responsibilities

- Develop and lead your team towards excellence
- Process investigation, optimization and next-gen development
- Work as a coach/trainer to Manufacturing team
- Sharing knowledge with related departments
- Support upstream and downstream processes

Requirements

- PhD (or Master) in biochemistry, biotechnology
- minimum 3 years experience in Drug Substance development
- In-depth knowledge of upstream and downstream processes
- Knowledge of global CMC regulatory requirements for vaccine products
- Strong people management skills (must)
- Leadership experience
