Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a large multinational with more than 15.000 employees in service. The organization focuses on the development of biotechnology and medicines.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be perform maintenance tasks to improve machines and systems at the plant. You will do this by locating failures and implement changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will perform maintenance tasks regarding construction, fabrication and electrical and level 3/4 computerizes systems in accordance with GMP, SOP’s and government rules and regulations.
- You’ll assure that maintenance tasks have minimal impact on the plant operations and facilities.
- You will keep up with accurate and complete documentation regarding daily work.
- You’ll perform various duties regarding clean work areas and equipment.
- You will provide and participate in technical, trade and corporate training programs and maintain up to date GMP training and SOP books.
- You will review technical documents and drawings and apply revisions if necessary.
- You will provide basic support and ensure that new equipment meets all specifications concerning mechanical design.
- Within the work team you may have leading responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical Intermediate Education Diploma.
- At least 3 years of experience with of one of the following: Maintenance / Operations, Production, Equipment, Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehousing Control Systems, Interfacing Between Level 3 and 4 Computerized Systems, Automatic ID Applications, Tracking / Data Handling of Products / Materials.
- Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering with experience with Automation Technology.
- English Communication (speaking/writing).
