Senior IT Recruiter!
We are looking for a new member of our Operations Team.
The Company is a new start up based in Wrocław. Join the young and enthusiastic Tech Team!
Your responsibilities:
-managing the full recruitment life cycle, including interviewing candidates across a variety of open roles helping management find and hire quality talent
- building and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for future recruiting needs
- gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations
-engaging with current job boards, social networks, partners and platforms and creating and releasing job descriptions and announcements
- identifying and partnering with external providers
- ensuring efficient recruitment processes and continuously optimizing the candidate experience
Our requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle of IT Recruitment
- in-depth knowledge of various tools and channels for searching/attraction candidates, professional social media platforms, job boards
- fluent in English and Polish (at least C1 spoken and written) - a good understanding of technology, fintech, crypto and technical skills - result-oriented, excellent in keeping deadlines and measuring your achievements
- ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
